Ed has arranged Troy Hassebroek to speak and is making arrangements with the caterer. A buffet dinner with 2 entrees, salad, potato and dinner roll will be served. -Joe Olsen will conduct the silent auction . Mary will arrange door prizes. Gordie, Paul and Jim will set up tables and decorations. The event will be held at St. Mary's hall. The group felt that location worked well for us last year.
Mary will contact the NAA for the invitations. Cost is $25 for adults/$15 for children thru high school age.
License plate decals: Brooke has continued working on the decals. We need to do an application with the state for $50 before we can gather any more info. The group approved the fee.
By-laws: Mary will get a template from the NAA to get our by-laws done. We are only 1 communication item short of Red Letter status, and the newsletter should meet that requirement.
We will probably have a short meeting before the Founders Day banquet.
